Buntroid V1.1

Hi uh, I didn't know the Grapple Beam was Non-Usable on keyboard until like, a year ago or so. Whoops. 

Anyways, V1.1 fixes that as far as I can tell, and also adds the extension GMSched to fix the fact that a Windows Update broke GMS1.4 games to run at 40 FPS instead of 60. 

I would LIKE to eventually update the game to bring it to GMS2 and give it all the options my current projects have with customizable controls and window sizes and whatnot, and also balance the game and maybe add stuff but that's like, a lot of work and I have other things to do so don't expect anything any time soon.
